Editorial standard

Park Day Lab is an independent planning publication. We separate firsthand strategy, editorial judgment, and confirmed operating information so readers can understand what is stable and what may change. When a booking window, eligibility rule, or park policy matters, we prefer primary sources and include a checked date.

Why “Lab”

The name reflects the way we want to approach park advice: test assumptions, compare tradeoffs, and explain why a strategy works. Instead of repeating folklore, we focus on decisions that can be observed in a real park day—walking, wait tradeoffs, recovery time, route efficiency, and how plans respond when conditions change.

What we are not

Park Day Lab is not an official Disney publication and does not represent Walt Disney World. We do not present rumors as confirmed information, and we do not believe that maximizing attraction count is the only way to measure a successful day.

How the site grows

New content is organized around reader decisions: planning, parks, daily strategy, problems, and travel style. That structure is designed to make related guides easy to find while keeping each page focused on a distinct question.

Trademark notice

Disney, Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and related names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on Park Day Lab is descriptive and editorial and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
