What will your Disney World trip cost?
Use the current prices you are actually seeing. The calculator runs in your browser and does not send these numbers anywhere.
This is a planning calculator, not a Disney quote. Taxes, resort fees, ticket rules, discounts and other charges vary. Enter the actual current prices for your trip whenever possible.
Why this calculator uses your prices
Disney World pricing changes by date, hotel, ticket product, party size and optional add-ons. Hard-coded averages go stale quickly. Use the current quote or price you are actually considering for each category.
Start with the categories that move the total most
Hotel and tickets are often the largest fixed costs. If the estimate feels too high, changing the resort tier, number of nights or ticket configuration usually matters more than cutting a few snacks.
Keep food realistic
Estimate food for the whole party per day, not per person unless you deliberately multiply it first. Include snacks, table-service meals and any dining-plan cost you expect to pay.
Treat Lightning Lane as a separate decision
Do not bury paid line-skipping inside the ticket price. Keeping it separate makes it easier to compare a lower-cost standby plan with a convenience-heavy plan.
Add the costs people forget
Airport transportation, parking, stroller rental, groceries, souvenirs, tips and resort-night expenses can materially change the final number. Use the Extras field for anything specific to your trip.
Use the estimate as a decision tool
The goal is not to predict every dollar. It is to expose which category is driving the trip cost so you know what change would actually matter.
